Inhouse- HR Assistant Manager

Our client is one of the leading fintech companies who is in an exciting phase of development and expansion. They are currently looking for a a HR professional to join their team based in their Singapore office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of employee life-cycle management
  • Ensure efficient and effective, hiring and partnering with the hiring managers in talent acquisition activities in interview, selection and on-boarding
  • Understand and align the HR policies and practices with the business needs, and when required, deploy specific HR interventions to resolve business issues
  • Manage HR processes and policies, and proactively identify HR issues and provide timely resolutions

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 3 to 5 years of HR experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work in and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
