Our client is one of the leading companies in the travel industry who is in an exciting phase of development and expansion. They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR Director to cultivate business strategy into achievable HR objectives, translate resourcing needs into recruitment plans and assist with the execution
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR activities including Employee Life Cycle (attraction, engagement, development, retention, separation), Staff Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition & Development, Learning & Development and HR operations
  • Manpower planning and budgeting, performance appraisal
  • Oversee payroll matters
  • Talent acquisition including graduate recruitment
  • Oversee regional HR operations in payroll, recruitment, local HR policies and ensure compliance to local legislation

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management or related discipline from a recognized university
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of local and regional labour legislation
  • Experience in full payroll processing for operations with tax submission knowledge
  • Regional HR operations experience
