A well-regarded property development and investment company is seeking an administrator to join their friendly team in Slough on a permanent basis.

Main responsibilities

  • Respond to general enquiries from customers, contractors and the general public
  • Deal with 20-30 calls/emails a day and prioritise, action and keep track
  • Organise estate and unit inspections as required
  • Liaise with and update customers on planned maintenance and reactive work
  • Maintain a database of works and track to ensure they are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Instruct minor works/repairs as advised by the Operations Manager
  • Process purchase orders and invoices as requested
  • Obtain, record and maintain accurate and up to date EPCs, asbestos surveys and test certificates
  • Instruct vacant building inspections as required
  • Review and log the monthly reports
  • Advise utility suppliers when a building becomes vacant or is let

  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Happy to work in an an office environment, handling calls and emails
  • Well organised
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Great communication skills, numerate and intermediate Word and Excel skills
