My client is a leading national real estate advisor with an immediate requirement for Property Administrator to join their team in Birmingham. The appointed Property Administrator will support the Occupier Management team and key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high quality Property Management administration to the team
  • Administration of lease / tenancy schedules and updating of property data management
  • Prepare digital and hard copy reports for client and internal meetings
  • Liaising with tenants, dealing with queries and the arranging of tenant meetings and building inspections
  • Monitor and oversee the progress of tenant applications for Landlord's consent
  • Manage insurance schedules and liaise with tenants/insurance brokers on insurance matters
  • Attend team, client and department meetings, producing meeting minutes
  • Maintain Quality Assurance files
  • Assist the Director, overseeing processes and procedures and ensuring that these are being correctly followed by the team
  • Support the team who are actively engaged in new business development, setting up new property management clients
  • Assist with due diligence for property purchases and disposals
  • Assist the team with administrative and other ad hoc tasks and secretarial duties

Essential experience

  • Experience of Commercial and or Residential property management administration/secretarial duties
  • Experience of working with and setting up efficient procedures and systems
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
