We need ambitious, target focused individuals in the UK, Germany, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Increasingly, language skills are important and we are always keen to hear from those with business level fluency in any European language including German, French and Russian, as well as those fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages.
Previous recruitment experience is not essential; indeed some of our most successful consultants have come from the sectors into which we recruit or worked in media sales or on graduate training and they now enjoy working in a commission based environment with uncapped earning potential.
Training & Development
At Cobalt, all of our consultants go through a thorough training programme, we do not leave anything to chance. We are able to prepare all of our team through systematic training from sector specialists and we have a dedicated in-house trainer who takes all new consultants through a 3 month induction programme. This covers the whole recruitment process (example topics include Skills Based Candidate Interviews, Employment Legislation, Search Methodology).
All consultants receive ongoing training courses throughout the year and are encouraged to suggest topics for training sessions of their choice. On average, we seek to ensure that consultants receive at least 15 hours training and development a year and we also support all our Managers with training from an external consultant to help them to develop their leadership skills.
